New daycase unit at the Claremont

Aspen Healthcare has opened a new daycase unit at its Claremont Hospital in Sheffield. The six-bed unit includes two new consulting rooms and marks another step in Aspen’s extensive refurbishment of the facility since it was acquired from the Hospital Management Trust in 2012. To date, the company has invested over £5m in new bedrooms, a new reception area and restaurant and refurbished operating theatres. Work will shortly begin on the outpatients waiting area and pharmacy.
