New nursing framework launched

Researchers at Northumbria University have developed a National Career Framework to make sure nursing staff caring for older people with complex needs have the necessary skills and expertise. Covering areas such as values and behaviour, end-of-life care, and safeguarding, the framework is currently being piloted in two hospitals.
