NFA parent company posts maiden results

Belton Associates (Group Holdings) Limited, the new holding company for the National Fostering Agency following its Graphite-backed management buyout from Sovereign (CCMn February 2012), reported a turnover of £101.9m for the period from 8 December 2011 to 31 March 2013. After cost of sales of £56.5m and administrative expenses of £33.1m, an operating profit of £12.3m was recorded.
