With a long tradition in Nordic countries, cluster housing schemes comprise between 50 or 60 apartments with 10 or 15 modified apartments for people with extensive care needs. Boendeservice’ are also apartments but in smaller units with between five and 10 apartments with round-the-clock access to staff from a separate unit.
