Personalised services now being offered to three-quarters of users – ADASS

Local authorities are continuing to move forward apace with personalised services going to over three quarters of eligible individuals but the majority of these personal budgets’ were managed by the council’s themselves. This is despite care services facing significant financial pressure, according to Association of Directors of Adult Services (ADASS) president Sandie Keene.
