GP landlord Primary Health Properties (PHP) has announced that it has raised £16.1m through a share placing. The placing saw PHP issue 5,284,041 new ordinary shares at 305p per placing share, which represents a discount of 5.3% on the closing middle market price of 322p per ordinary share on 11 April 2011.
