Partnerships in Care group, the mental healthcare services provider has issued its directors report and financial statements for the year ended 2010. The group has faced difficult trading conditions due to change in the organisation of the NHS and government deficit reduction targets which have resulted in lower levels of patient referrals and increasing price pressure (See Clever Qipps, p 14). The group says that while financial performance for the group was satisfactory there have been reductions in revenue, EBITDA and operating profit before the exceptional item.
