The Priory Group is in talks to pick up its nearest specialist care rival Voyage in a deal that has been touted as worth £400m. According the Sunday Times, the operator is the frontrunner among a number of suitors looking to acquire the provider of services to adults with learning disabilities from HgCapital. Voyage would not confirm that this is the case.
