Reality becomes Interact

Reality HR Consulting Ltd, the medical locum recruitment agency, changed its name to Interact Medical Services Ltd on 7 June 2013. Following this the directors published its results for the year ending 31 December 2012, which showed an increase in turnover and profit. Turnover flourished and grew from £22.0m to £37.9m. Cost of sales and administrative expenses of £36.5m (2011: £21.2) left an operating profit of £1.4m (2011: £1.1m) and profit before taxation following interest payable and other charges was just over £1m (2011: £872,000).
