August Equity backed homecare provider Enara Group added yet three more bolt-on acquisitions in October, taking the total number of operators now working under the banner to a whopping 33. Primary Healthcare, First Choice Community Support Services and Alpha Nursing and Care Services have all been added to the group. Primary providers services in Henley-on-Thames; first Choice based in Southampton and Poole and Alpha works across the West Midlands. No price information has been released for the deals.
