Senior staff make return Voyage

Specialist care provider Voyage has made two senior level appointments to back up a programme which re-designs its approach to quality management, recruitment and staff development. Joining as head of quality development is Karen Sands who rejoins Voyage after having been operations director for four years before taking a role at Nottingham Community Housing Assoiation for the past two years. In the role she will lead a team of five quality assurance manager, each of whom will support one of the provider’s five operations directors.
