Slight drop in workforce age – NCF

There has been a slight decrease in the proportion of the workforce of not-for-profit providers aged 45 and over. According to the National Care Forum’s (NCF) annual survey, 47.5% of staff compared to 49.5% last year were in this age range. However, the number of workers aged under 25 remained at just short of 12%, the same proportion as in 2013.
