Uncertainty likely to continue as two groups vow to fight on

The sale of two HCA and seven BMI hospitals is intended to stimulate competition in the market. However, with both groups vowing to fight divestment to the bitter end, there could be much legal ground to cover before the measure paves the way for any new market entrants.
