A care provider and manager have been fined by Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court after failing to provide safe care and treatment to a resident living at Oakland House Nursing Home in Manchester. Equilibrium Healthcare Ltd, which pled guilty to the offence, was fined £26,800 and ordered to pay a £464 victim surcharge and £17,692.33 costs….
