Compassionate Care Group appoints Clare Murray to director role

Clare Murray

Clare Murray has been appointed director of complex services at Compassionate Care Group.

Murray will focus on the delivery of person-centred and clinically safe care, as well as making sure clients receive compassionate support, promoting wellbeing, dignity, independence and positive outcomes.

With 20 years’ experience, working across adult and children’s social care, she has developed an understanding in delivering clinical complex care. She has previously held registered manager and head of complex services positions, working alongside nurses, clinicians and wider multi-disciplinary team professionals for over 15 years.

‘I was attracted to Compassionate Care Group as it is family owned, with family values at the heart of the company. They have no intention of being the biggest clinical complex care provider, instead they want to be one of the best, recognised as one of the highest-quality providers in the sector. Compassionate Care Group focuses on quality, with the provision of care at the forefront, not growth,’ Murray said.

In the next few months, she will be building a team of clinicians and support workers.

Noel Morgan-Davies, commercial director at Compassionate Care Group, added: ‘Clare is absolutely the right person to lead our new complex care division and build the team. Her experience in this sector is superb whilst her dedicated focus on quality, dignity and compassion is perfectly aligned with the business’ ethos.’

Based in Altrincham, Cheshire, Compassionate Care Group delivers a range of care and support services, including supported living, homecare, mental healthcare provision, emergency accommodation and respite care, children’s outreach and specialist support.
