TLC Care recruits Sue Astill as MD

TLC Care has appointed Sue Astill as managing director, leading a portfolio of nine homes across the UK.

Astill joins from Porthaven Care Homes, where she held the position of regional director, overseeing the delivery of standards across several locations. She has a track record of leading homes while maintaining support and development for her team members.

As MD, Astill will lead TLC’s homes, which specialise in residential, dementia, nursing and respite care. She will drive the development and performance of the homes while strengthening the culture and values.
