Caremark opens new franchise support centre to support growth

Caremark has opened a new franchise support centre as the business continues to expand across the UK and Ireland.

The company has moved into a new headquarters in Worthing, West Sussex, providing additional space for its growing central team and the training, operational, marketing and business support it provides to more than 140 franchise offices.

The move follows a period of continued expansion for Caremark. During this year, the business has created seven roles in its central team and entered Scotland, with three Scottish franchises launching since May.

Caremark’s network employs more than 6,500 care assistants and supports over 8,000 customers across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

‘Our franchise network has grown significantly, and it is vital that the infrastructure behind it grows at the same pace,’ said David Glover, Caremark chief executive officer. ‘The new franchise support centre gives our expanding team considerably more room to work collaboratively with our franchise owners, deliver training and continue developing the support we provide across the network.

‘It is another important investment in Caremark’s long-term growth and gives us the capacity we need as we continue to strengthen the existing network and expand into new territories,’ he said.
