Bill Mumford has resigned as head of the Winterbourne View Joint Improvement Programme. The chief executive of specialist care operator MacIntyre said in a statement that there had been a safeguarding incident at its school in Wingrave, Buckinghamshire but it was unclear if this was why he stepped down….
