Agincare unveils latest part of digital transformation strategy

Agincare has launched a new website and digital tools to improve how its teams deliver care, as part of its transformation strategy.

Its website, www.agincare.com, has been overhauled and features a tool that offers visitors the best care options by answering a few questions about the user’s needs and requirements. The care options tool then connects users with Agincare’s advisors.

Family members can use the website to stay informed about their loved one’s care through online portals to care management apps OneTouch and Nourish for real-time care updates.

The digital transformation strategy aims to improve the lives of the people it supports, as well as their families, and the care provider’s 4,000-strong workforce.

Implementation of technology enables teams to deliver more responsive and effective care by using sensors that send real-time health and wellbeing data to an online dashboard they can view anytime. Staff can also access their pay as soon as they have earned it using an app.

‘We have always embraced new technologies to not only assist our teams but also to support the people we care for and their families. It is hugely important that new digital tools put people first rather than add unnecessary barriers,’ said Adam Luckhurst, director of sales and marketing at Agincare.

‘As Agincare marks the next chapter of its sustainable future, we are all looking forward to a new enhanced way of working that brings people together.’
