Plans to develop 40 ‘urban’ communities by Retirement Villages Group (RVG) will be launched under a collection called Thrive Living. As previously reported, the group announced plans in 2021 for a £2bn 10-year development programme targeting 40 sites across the UK to create more than 5,000 homes within retirement community settings in more urban locations….
