Number of children’s homes without registered manager grows

The number of children’s homes in England that no longer had a registered manager in post has risen by 230. Data released by Ofsted showed at the end of March this year, 970 (20%) children’s homes that were active or suspended no longer had a registered manager in post, up from 740 (19%) in 2025….
