Achieve together plans to open a supported living home in Crumpsall, Greater Manchester, creating opportunities for up to five adults aged 18 and over to live independently with personal support.
The mixed-gender home, due to open at the end of this year, will feature four self-contained flats and one studio apartment, giving people the privacy and independence of having their own home while receiving support.
Achieve together supports adults with learning disabilities, autistic people and individuals with mental health needs. Its focus is on helping people build confidence, develop skills and achieve greater independence, while staying connected to people, places and activities.
A dedicated skills kitchen will provide opportunities to build confidence in everyday cooking and meal planning. The home will also include a games room where people can relax, socialise and develop relationships.

The home follows the opening of a separate nine-apartment supported living setting in Crumpsall earlier this year, further expanding support options and strengthening Achieve together’s presence across Greater Manchester.
