Boutique Care Homes is expanding its portfolio of settings with the acquisition of a site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

The 68-bedroom scheme by Frontier Estates will be its fourth property and start being built in 2023. The operator runs two homes in Shepperton, Surrey and Newmarket, Suffolk, and will be opening its third, Chartwell House in Broadstairs, Kent, next month.

‘I’m very excited to take our latest home forward to opening in the next two years. This is a key phase in our business growth,’ said managing director and founder of Boutique Care Homes Ameet Kotecha.

Boutique Care Homes has been operating for more than 20 years.

Based on construction pipeline, Frontier Estates, privately owned, and led by Adam Eldred and Andrew Crowther, is one of the main developers in the market. For more on the care home construction pipeline see the December/January edition of Care Market UK, which will be out this week.
