KYN plans to begin construction on a care home in Highgate, London, in July – its third home. Following homes in Hurlingham and Bickley, the £30m Highgate project is set to open in early 2028. Plans by architects Studio PDP are to develop two former residential buildings that are connected by a lightweight glass link….
