Morrison Community Care is progressing with its London development programme, with two of its three schemes topped out and the third set to reach that point later this month.
The developments in Enfield, Ewell and Epping have a combined sales value of more than £110m and will deliver 296 care beds across the capital city.
At Enfield, a 95-bed development, and Ewell, an 81-bed scheme, the main structural phase has been completed on both projects. The third development, at Epping, is a 120-bed scheme and is due to top out in two weeks.
‘To have three London developments reaching the topping-out stage within such a short period is a significant milestone for Morrison Community Care. It demonstrates not only the scale of our current development programme, but also how far the business has come,’ said Paul Sokhi, managing director of Morrison Community Care.
‘Morrison Community Care has grown from its Scottish roots into a developer with a genuinely national footprint. We are now delivering developments across the UK, including in London and other regions, and our ambition is to continue expanding our contribution to the care sector by delivering high-quality, purpose-built facilities where they are most needed.’
