New Care granted permission to build properties

New Care has received planning consent to build two facilities totalling £23m. The Manchester-based operator will deliver a 70-bed care home with a value of £11m in Grappenhall, Cheshire, and a £12m 72-bed facility in Guiseley, West Yorkshire.
