Yorhealth Care Group – in partnership with Green Stag Real Estate and Cheshire West and Chester Council – has officially opened Seeta House, a supported living development.

The scheme provides specialist accommodation for adults with complex care and support needs, combining living environments with care to promote independence, choice and long-term wellbeing. The commissioner-led development will create more than 60 jobs in the local area.

‘I’m incredibly proud to see Seeta House officially open. This is a flagship development for Yorhealth and the first of several exciting schemes we have planned across the North West,’ said Arjan Bains, chief executive officer of Yorhealth Care Group.

‘We want to raise the bar for what supported living should look like. That means investing in exceptional accommodation, developing our workforce and, most importantly, delivering care that genuinely improves people’s lives.

‘For us, quality isn’t simply about meeting regulatory standards. It’s about giving people greater independence, supporting them to achieve their own goals and ensuring they have every opportunity to live fulfilling lives,’ he said.

The opening forms part of Yorhealth’s wider strategy to expand its specialist supported living provision across England, working with commissioners and development partners to respond to growing demand for accommodation and care for individuals with complex needs.
