Welford Healthcare has grown its portfolio of properties with the acquisition of Ada Belfield care home in Belper, Derbyshire. Business and commercial property agent Ernest Wilson, part of BTG Eddisons, was instructed by Derbyshire County Council in December to market the 40-bed purpose-built care home.
