Welford Healthcare grows portfolio with Gloucester addition

Welford Healthcare has bought Park View Gloucester in Gloucestershire for £17.5m, taking its portfolio of care homes to 34. The purpose-built setting, which was developed in 2016, has 80 en suite bedrooms and 17 self-contained one- and two-bedroom close care apartments in the centre of Gloucester.
