Learning disability head to retire

Chief executive of the Oxfordshire Learning Disability NHS Trust, Dr John Morgan is to retire at the end of December after more than 22 years.

Hayes to head OSJCT permanently

The Orders of St John Care Trust has appointed Dan Hayes as chief executive. Formerly operations director for the Trust, Mr Hayes has been heading the not-for-profit care home provider on an interim basis since September.
