Smith to chair Four Seasons

Four Seasons Health Care has announced the appointment of Ian Smith as chairman. He will be joined on the board by Arjan Breure and Lorenzo Levi, both managing directors of Terra Firma and by Lorcan Wood, a director of Terra Firma.
