Reshuffle at Aviva

Changes have been made to the Aviva team. David McMillan has been appointed chief executive of Aviva Europe. Nick Amin joins as group transformation director while Jason Windsor joins the group executive as chief strategy and development officer. As a result of these changes Trevor Matthews will not stand for re-election at the 2013 Annual General Meeting and will step down from the Board on the day prior to this year's AGM.

Leading mental health provider, Priory Healthcare has opened a new care home, The Cloisters, in Monks Lane, Newbury.
