Cosmetic surgery provider fined for breaching CQC regulations

The Pemberdeen Laser Cosmetic Surgery Clinic Limited has been ordered to pay £5,070 at Bromley Magistrates’ Court after failing to display its CQC performance ratings. The company, which operates the London-based cosmetic Belvedere Private Hospital, was fined £500 and ordered to pay £4,520 costs and a £50 surcharge for breaching CQC regulations (Regulation 20A).
