Diagnostic imaging company Alliance Medical has been acquired by Dubai International Capital from Bridgepoint Capital for a gross valuation of £600m.Details of the deal were emerging as HMN went to press, but based on reported EBITDA of £37m last year the valuation multiple is on the high side at just over 16 times historic EBITDA….
