HCML has appointed Kathryn Goldfinch as commercial director of corporate and insured health.
Goldfinch (pictured) has nearly 30 years’ experience in healthcare. She previously held senior roles at Bupa, Nuffield Health and GenesisCare. Most recently, she worked at Nuffield Health, where she led its private medical insurance and corporate commercial teams. Before that, she spent 22 years at Bupa managing strategic relationships with hospital groups and consultants.
In her new role, she will focus on revenue growth, expanding service lines and developing relationships with insurers, employers, brokers and intermediaries.
HCML focuses on corporate healthcare provision, linking occupational health, wellbeing services and medical insurance to support employers’ health benefits strategies across prevention, treatment and recovery.
Jill Pritchard, HCML, chief commercial officer, said: ‘Kathryn is a highly experienced healthcare leader who brings extensive commercial and sector expertise to the role of commercial director. Her passion for a client-first approach, combined with a commitment to forward-thinking healthcare solutions, means she drives commercial growth with patient care firmly at its heart.’
She added: ‘We are delighted to welcome Kathryn at this pivotal stage of growth for HCML, as employers increasingly recognise the value of proactive, high-quality healthcare in keeping employees healthy and in work.’
Goldfinch said: ‘The healthcare industry is evolving rapidly, making it an incredibly exciting time to be part of it. As organisations face increasing pressure to support employees’ health and wellbeing, there is a real opportunity to develop more holistic programmes that deliver measurable impact. HCML has a strong reputation for delivering healthcare with tangible results and I am delighted to be joining the team.’
