Liverpool based health insurer Medicash has acquired [email protected] Consultancy Services for an undisclosed sum.
Established for over 25 years, [email protected] offers a range of health consultancy services, including health and safety assessments, policy reviews, training, and wellbeing audits.
The company has also developed the nationally recognised Workplace Wellbeing Charter, which is used by BAE Systems, Kenwood, Everton Football Club and United Utilities.
Medicash said the merger would enable both organisations to take advantage of a greater range of service and product offerings as well as an increased skills base.
CEO Sue Weir said: ‘[email protected] is a well-established and highly regarded consultancy with an excellent reputation for its Workplace Wellbeing Charter. This merger presents significant advantages and opportunities for both firms, our people and our clients. With a new board and new executive team, we look forward to exploring the opportunities that these organisations can offer and bringing new products and services to the market in the near future.’
[email protected] and the Workplace Wellbeing Charter will continue to operate under their existing brands.
