Liverpool based health insurer Medicash has acquired Health@Work Consultancy Services for an undisclosed sum.
Established for over 25 years, Health@Work offers a range of health consultancy services, including health and safety assessments, policy reviews, training, and wellbeing audits.
The company has also developed the nationally recognised Workplace Wellbeing Charter, which is used by BAE Systems, Kenwood, Everton Football Club and United Utilities.
Medicash said the merger would enable both organisations to take advantage of a greater range of service and product offerings as well as an increased skills base.

Health@Work and the Workplace Wellbeing Charter will continue to operate under their existing brands.
