BHSF strengthens leadership team with two senior appointments

Health and wellbeing provider BHSF has added two senior leaders to its executive team as it continues to evolve its digital capabilities and reshape its service offering.

Clare Enstone has joined as director of risk and compliance. She is responsible for BHSF’s risk and compliance strategy and brings experience in governance, regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk management.

Georgina Callaghan has been appointed chief operating officer, a role previously held by current chief executive Stuart Hayhurst. Callaghan has more than 20 years’ experience in business transformation, digital innovation and operational leadership, with senior roles at Key Group, Co-op, PwC and Barclays.

Commenting on the appointments, Hayhurst said: ‘Their expertise will be instrumental as we continue to scale our services and deliver on our mission to support the health and wellbeing of the UK workforce.
