Bradshaw to rejoin MPS as medical director

The Medical Protection Society (MPS) has appointed Dr Pallavi Bradshaw as medical director, marking her return to the organisation.

Bradshaw (pictured) previously spent 14 years at MPS in a series of senior strategic roles supporting doctors before joining AXA Health, where she is currently medical director. She will take up her new role at MPS in early 2026.

Her appointment follows the promotion of former MPS medical director Dr Rob Hendry to chief member officer.

Trained at Addenbrooke’s Hospital after graduating from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge, Bradshaw has postgraduate qualifications in medicine, law and business, including an MBA, and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School. She is also a fellow of the Faculty of Legal and Forensic Medicine. In her new role, she will lead engagement with healthcare leaders and represent the interests of healthcare professionals and organisations globally.

I am honoured to take on this role to represent members and their interests across the world in an ever evolving and challenging healthcare environment.’
