Broadstone appoints senior healthcare consultant

Broadstone has appointed Jordan Ring as senior healthcare consultant in its employee benefits consulting team.

Ring has more than 16 years’ experience in the employee benefits sector, including nine years at The Health Insurance Group, where she focused on PMI and advised corporate clients. She later spent seven years at Towergate as senior employee benefits consultant, leading benefit reviews linked to clients’ commercial and employee engagement priorities.

At Broadstone, Ring will work with SME and mid-market clients on health and wellbeing strategies, including the design and delivery of employee benefits programmes.

‘I’m really excited to be joining Broadstone and building on my experience within such a dynamic and fast-growing organisation. Throughout my career, I have focused on developing strong, trusted relationships and delivering meaningful, tailored solutions for clients,’ said Ring.

‘Understanding each client’s unique workforce needs and long-term objectives will stay central to my approach, alongside supporting team development and sharing best practice. I look forward to supporting Broadstone’s continued business growth in an increasingly competitive and evolving market.’

Head of health & protection at Broadstone Brett Hill said: ‘Jordan’s extensive experience in the health and wellbeing markets alongside her specialist expertise advising on PMI solutions further strengthens our ability to support clients with high-quality, tailored advice.

‘As demand continues to grow for innovative health strategies, she will play a key role in helping our clients to enhance employee wellbeing and achieve their strategic objectives.’
