Cassar returns to Candesic as senior engagement manager

Dr Chris Cassar has rejoined healthcare consultancy Candesic as senior engagement manager.

A medical doctor who trained as a surgeon in the NHS, Cassar (pictured) previously worked at Candesic between 2020 and 2022. He returns after serving as chief of staff and head of innovations at Covid-19 testing firm Cignpost.

His earlier experience includes eight years at Bain & Company across the UK, US and South Africa. Previously, he was corporate development manager at Cambridge-based biotech company Abcam.
