Former Nuffield Health boss appointed executive chair of Medneo Diagnostics UK

Former Nuffield Health CEO Steve Gray has been appointed executive chair of diagnostic and imaging provider Medneo Diagnostics UK.

Gray, who was appointed non-executive chair following Medneo’s acquisition by private equity firm CVC DIF in 2024, will replace Ella Tracey who is stepping down as CEO.

Tracey has led significant expansion of Medneo as both its COO and CEO, including the Fairford and Burgess acquisitions and the strategic partnership with Ramsay Health Care UK. She also oversaw substantial growth in the London clinic, achieving profitability, and strengthened the executive team to support the company’s next phase of development.
