Healix Health appoints Kelly Morris as chief commercial officer

Healix Health has appointed Kelly Morris as chief commercial officer.

Morris (pictured) will join the corporate healthcare trust provider in October from AXA Health, where she is corporate distribution director. She brings more than 25 years’ experience in corporate healthcare and employee benefits.

She will lead Healix Health’s commercial strategy, with responsibility for developing relationships with clients, consultants and intermediaries as the business continues to expand.

The appointment comes after a period of growth for Healix Health. Turnover increased 25% to £15.6m in the year to 30 June 2025 and Healix said it now supports more corporate clients than at any point in its history.
