Towergate Employee Benefits appoints senior project manager

Towergate Employee Benefits has appointed Sarah Webb as senior project manager in its benefit technology team.

Webb joins from Channel 4, where she was pension and benefit manager, and has 15 years’ experience in employee benefits with a focus on pensions and technology. She has experience working on both the consultancy and client sides and previously worked in the video games sector.

In her new role, Webb will oversee employee benefits technology projects and processes, working to enhance the proposition. She will report to head of platforms Renny Wickham.

Wickham said: ‘With the addition of Sarah, we aim to open the business to new technology and employee benefits business whilst also enhancing the experience of our existing clients. We are incredibly pleased to have her aboard.’

Webb said: ‘There is so much potential in the area of technology and employee benefits, and I’m really looking forward to using my background and experience to help existing and new clients fully benefit from all the potential.’
