Following a six-month pilot with tifgroup’s Alpha Travel Insurance and Holidaysafe brands, the service will be rolled out across other tifgroup brands, including Get Going, Insurancewith and Postcard.
Under the partnership, tifgroup’s customers will have access to medical advice from a UK-based doctor for non-urgent health issues and medical advice. Consultations will be available 24/7 via phone and video.
