United Medical Enterprises Group to open first cardiovascular centre in Harley Street

17 Harley Street

United Medical Enterprises Group (UME) plans to open a new cardiovascular centre in Harley Street for the treatment and management of cardiovascular conditions.

The cardiovascular centre, planned to open at 17 Harley Street, is set to become the site of the first independent standalone cardiovascular centre in the Harley Street Medical Area.

The centre is aimed at international and self-pay patients and will come equipped with advanced diagnostics technology and imaging equipment, including a 3 Tesla Philips Elition X MRI and a GE revolution CT scanner.

The new centre will link with UME’s Middle East facilities in Saudi Arabia, Oman and Dubai, allowing international patients a wide range of access points and support.

‘The facility is designed to provide an agile one-stop-shop for cardiovascular care, covered by a wide range of subspecialists working together in the best interests of our patients,’ said Nick Bird, chief executive officer of UME Group UK. ‘It will also have a paperless front reception area, embracing new technologies for patient communication, emphasising our plans to provide an enhanced level of patient experience alongside exceptional care.’
