WPA and Ramsay Health Care UK renew four-year partnership

WPA and Ramsay Health Care UK have signed a new four-year agreement, extending their existing relationship and pledging to collaborate on new initiatives to improve patient experience and digital access to services.

The renewed contract will see the health insurer and independent hospital group work together on digital and quality improvements, building on recent developments such as the launch of direct booking via Doctify in March.

Ramsay UK chief executive Nick Costa said the partnership would support the delivery of ‘first-class customer experiences and the highest quality clinical care’.

‘By leveraging digital systems, we aim to continually improve and enhance the customer experience, making it the best in class. This renewed partnership will undoubtedly help us achieve our collective goals and enrich the experience for WPA members,’ he added.

WPA chief executive Nathan Irwin said: ‘We are delighted to enter into a new agreement with Ramsay Health Care UK and are confident we are partnering with a likeminded organisation that adopts our ethos of treating our customers as we would wish to be treated ourselves. WPA customers have the freedom to choose who is best placed to deliver their healthcare and we expect many will select to undertake their treatment in an excellent Ramsay facility.’
