AHH buys Nova IVI Fertility, India’s second largest IVF chain

Deal will unlock Nova’s growth potential and strengthen AHH position in India’s fast-growing fertility segment.

Founded in 2011, Nova Fertility currently operates 20 fertility centres in India. It is the second significant IVF deal in the past few weeks. In mid-April private equity firm TA Associates completed a significant minority investment in Indira IVF.
