US health plan provider could buy stake in Ribera Salud

According to El Confidencial, Spanish lender Banco Sabadell is preparing to sell its 50% stake in Ribera Salud, the Spanish health management holding company, to US health operator Centene Corporation. It is thought Centene wants a presence in Europe, to learn from the Spanish market and to have a brand to explore the Latin American market.
