Ark raises Anchor

Buy-and-build domiciliary care agency Ark Healthcare has closed a deal to take over the homecare business element of social housing provider Anchor Trust. The acquisition, for an undisclosed price, will see Ark add 14 local authorities to its client book and boost its staff numbers by some 460 through a TUPE agreement.
