Avante brings in new chairman

Specialist care provider Avante Partnership has appointed Peter Smallridge at its new chairman. He replaces Brian Munday, who had been chairman of the Kent-based charity that provides care and support for people with dementia, disabilities and for children, young people and families, for more than five years.
